Joanna Crowson has worked with teachers of the Toltec and other traditions for more than 20 years. She now focuses on ‘sacred activism’: the search for genuine transformation on personal, societal and planetary levels, through a renewed connection to the Earth.
For the last 15 years she has been leading workshops and ceremonies, mostly in Spain, and has developed her own simple, joyful style of exploring the wonders of perception with participants. She is a lover of knowledge, of the Great Mystery and of the art of flowing. In her workshops Joanna works with ‘Intent’, invokes the energy, and opens the door so that Spirit, always present, can take the reins of the magical process and guide the journey.
She is a writer, translator and poet, and has trained in the area of sustainability and Action Research, holds an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from Bath School of Management and a Permaculture Design Certificate. She loves to collaborate in initiatives which seek to create a sustainable culture and community, which means she often doesn’t spend as much time in her garden as she would like!
